Before Prince William started dating Kate Middleton after they met in college, the 35-year-old royal had a few ex-girlfriends. That's right, before Will was a married dad-of-three, he played the field, just like the rest of us.

But after many of those failed relationships, he found love with the Duchess of Cambridge at the University of St Andrews in the early 2000s. In a previous interview, William gushed about his first few years dating Kate. "We just spent more time together, we had a good giggle and realized we shared some interests," he once said. "She has a normal sense of humor which is really good for me because I’ve got a dead sense of humor, and things happened." Aww!

However, Prince William's love life pre-marriage was a little less extensive than his brother Prince Harry's. The red-headed royal wed Meghan Markle on May 19, but before they began dating, Harry had a plethora of romances with women including Natalie Pinkham, Chelsy Davy, Caroline Flack, Camilla Romestrand, and more. We wonder if Prince Harry and Prince William's exes have ever met? It's not like they could top Meghan and Kate, anyways!

Rose was William's first serious girlfriend! They dated when they were younger, and after their split, she decided to train at a New York acting school. However, they're still friends today, as she was allegedly on the guest list for Harry and Meghan's wedding.

Olivia was the first person that William dated in college at the University of St Andrews. "William was seeing Olivia when he met Kate, and when Kate came on the scene Olivia moved off pretty quickly," a university friend told Daily Mail in 2007. "Kate was jealous of other girls at St Andrews." She shouldn't be, because he picked her!

William's cousin, Princess Eugenie, introduced Isabella and William back in 2001. She's also the half-sister of Harry's ex-girlfriend Cressida Bonas. William and Cressida became romantically involved in 2005, but Isabella broke up with him before he went back to Kate. Wiliam didn't attend her wedding in 2013, but his cousins, Eugenie and Princess Beatrice did.
