Prince Harry Hilariously Sings ‘So Long, Farewell’ to Fans as Meghan Markle Smiles and Laughs — Watch!

It looks like Prince Harry has a lot to sing about these days! As they were leaving the Canada House in London on Monday, March 11, he and wife Meghan Markle came across a group of young Canadian boys lined up on the staircase with hopes to catch a quick glimpse of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex.

As the royal fans waved goodbye to the loving couple, Harry, 34, thought it’d be funny to sing, “So Long, Farewell,” in reference to the line from the Sound of Music song the von Trapp children perform while lined up on a staircase. Apparently, the impromptu performance — captured by ITV’s Lizzie Robinson — worked, considering the crowd burst out in laughter as Meg, 37, looked over to her prince and smiled. Take a look at Harry adorably singing to the young children in the video below!

This isn’t the first time we’ve seen Harry take advantage of his artistic abilities. Last summer, the red-haired royal and Meghan surprised an audience at a performance of the hit Broadway show Hamilton. As he stood on stage and gave a speech surrounded by the production’s cast, Harry began to sing “You’ll Be Back,” which is performed in the musical by a character portraying his sixth great-grandfather, King George lll.

Harry didn’t have much trouble belting it out on stage and his wife even gave fans an idea of how much he loves the show. “We saw it back in January, February and thought it was incredible,” the former Suits star told Rachel John, an actress for the London version of the Broadway hit, at the time. “Harry loved it, it was the first time he saw it, and now he can’t stop singing the songs!”

Although she isn’t a singer, the mom-to-be knows how to master the art of acting. In fact, Meg “is a strong believer in using the arts to bring people from different backgrounds and communities together, and this first official visit to The National Theatre will explore the work they do, as well as meeting some of the talented teams and apprentices working behind the scenes,” her office said in a statement. We wonder if Baby Sussex will be into singing or dancing!
