Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban Are Selling Their Tennessee House

Home sweet home! Hollywood actress Nicole Kidman and country-singer Keith Urban are putting their Franklin, TN house on the market. The famous couple is selling the rural retreat for $3.45 million, according to E! News.

If you think that the two stars live like royalty when they’re not touring or filming on location, you’d be right! Their home is a charming not-so-little brick farmhouse sitting on acres of land. Watch the video below to see the inside of their beautiful house!

E! News also reports that their house is 5,086 square feet and requires a long drive through the woods to get to the traditional house. It has an enviable open floor-plan made perfect with a contemporary decor and neutral colors.

The living room has a vaulted ceiling, the galley kitchen has stainless steel appliances and granite counter, and the family room has a fireplace. The dining room features windows that show the house’s view. But, it’s the master suite that really sets the home apart. The bedroom is so large that it includes a sitting room, a separate bedroom, a bathroom, and a walk-in closet. We’re sure Nicole loved that! Plus there are guest bedrooms, a den, and a workout room. There’s also a guest house perfect for visitors. When can we move in?!
