What?!Melanie Griffith Posts Strange Instagram Photo Celebrating Her Divorce From Antonio Banderas
Well, this is awkward.
Melanie Griffith took to Instagram on Monday, June 6 to post a strange photo and message celebrating the anniversary of her divorce from her ex-husband Antonio Banderas. The pic has since been deleted from her account.
“I filed for divorce two years ago today,” the 58-year-old actress wrote in the photo, which was captioned, “June 6th, 2014 #LifeIsShort #StartingOver #LifeIsBeautiful #LoveMyKids #Freedom.”
Melanie and Antonio, 55 — who are parents to a 19-year-old daughter, Stella — were previously married from 1996 until 2015. The Working Girl star was also hitched to Don Johnson for six months in 1976 and again from 1989 to 1996 and to Steven Bauer from 1982 until 1987. Melanie is additionally a mom to a 30-year-old son, Alexander (with Steven), and a 26-year-old daughter, Dakota (with Don).
