Meghan Markle Hints At Her Due Date During Christmas Church Service
A lot of people are waiting for Meghan Markle to give birth — especially us at Closer who will be working to the bone to bring you everything you need to know about her baby. No need to thank us. But most recently, the Duchess of Sussex commented on her due date while at Christmas church service.
According to Hello! magazine, Meghan had a quick chat with Karen Anvil, a photographer who happened to also be present during Meghan’s first Christmas Day service at Sandringham in 2017. During the chat, Meghan apparently mentioned her baby to Karen. “Got the most beautiful photo today, I can’t wait to show you all. I even got to speak to Meghan about the baby!” Karen wrote on her Twitter.
Karen was not done sharing more of her conversation with Meghan, as after she asked Prince Harry‘s wife if she was excited about having the baby, Meghan replied with, “We’re nearly there.” And that baby is nearly ready to enter a life of wealth, luxury, and hundreds of articles written about it.
This wasn’t the only time that Meghan’s baby was mentioned during the holiday. In fact, Queen Elizabeth herself happened to bring up the baby during her Christmas speech, saying, “It’s been a busy year for my family, with two weddings and two babies, and another child expected soon. It helps to keep a grandmother well occupied.”
And if you don’t know the weddings or the babies that the Queen is talking about because you’ve been busy doing boring stuff like working or raising a family, the two weddings were Harry and Meghan’s Windsor Castle nuptials on May 19, and Princess Eugenie‘s marriage to Jack Brooksbank at the same venue on Oct. 12. And we should let you know that those babies that keep the Queen busy are Kate Middleton and Prince William‘s third child, Prince Louis, as well as Zara Tindall’s second child, Lena Elizabeth Tindall.
