Katie Holmes has a pricey new pad!
The 36-year-old actress is reportedly renting a luxurious penthouse apartment in NYC’s Chelsea neighborhood for $25,000 per month, according to The New York Post.
The Woman in Gold star’s latest home is 2,400-square-feet and includes three bedrooms, two bathrooms and stunning views of the Empire State Building and the World Trade Center.

It also features a wood-burning fireplace, a private deck with a landscaped terrace and a standalone outdoor shower.
The actress previously relocated from LA to the Big Apple in 2012 following her divorce from Tom Cruise after six years of marriage. Upon her move with nine-year-old daughter Suri Cruise, Katie began renting a $12,000 per month apartment in Chelsea, just blocks away from her new abode.
She additionally owns a six-bedroom, six-bathroom home in California, which she bought for $3.79 million in 2014.
