Bradley Whitford and Amy Landecker Confirm They’re Engaged at 2018 Oscars!

Let the wedding planning commence! Former Transparent co-stars Bradley Whitford and Amy Landecker are engaged, the actor confirmed at the 2018 Oscars on Sunday, March 4.

While talking to Ryan Seacrest on the red carpet about his film Get Out, The West Wing star subtly called Amy his fiancée. “I walked out of the room and I said to my fiancée, this is unlike any script I’ve ever read. This could be incredibly brilliant or it could really not work,” Bradley shared, according to Us Weekly.

On top of that, Amy has the bling to prove it! She stepped out with a sparkly ring on that finger alongside Bradley at the 11th Annual Celebration of the 2018 Female Oscar Nominees at Crustacean in Beverly Hills on Friday, March 2.

The couple publicly became an item back in 2015. This will be both of their second marriages. Bradley was married to Jane Kaczmarek from 1992 until 2010 and Amy was previously hitched to Jackson Lynch until 2011.

Bradley and Amy previously opened about their relationship when the news first broke. “Things with Amy are spectacular,” Bradley told People at the time. “Things are wonderful. I met her last year, but we didn’t start dating for a little while. I work slowly. We never really acted together in this. So, that keeps it simple.”

And even though they’re set to walk down the aisle, Amy has admitted she wasn’t always interested in Bradley. “I knew Bradley for a year before we dated and I kind of thought that he seemed like a cocky actor boy and I wasn’t really that interested,” she previously told the news outlet. “Now I’ve learned that If I don’t like someone at first, that’s probably a sign that they’re perfect for me because my taste is so bad… so I was like, ‘Oh, see here it is!’ I didn’t think and now I’m the happiest I’ve ever been.” Congrats to the happy couple!
