Daddy duty! Ben Affleck enjoyed a beautiful afternoon in Los Angeles on Thursday, September 12, as he was spotted picking up two of his kids from school. The Batman actor looked happier than ever as he walked alongside 10-year-old daughter Seraphina and 7-year-old son Samuel.

The 47-year-old hunk and his kiddos were all smiles — and even laughs! — as they made their way to the car after getting out of class for the day. The famous family always looks happy when out and about, and it probably has to do with ex-wife Jennifer Garner considering the Gone Girl actor the “fun parent!”

The Golden Globe Award winner walked hand in hand with Seraphina and stayed close to little Samuel. Ben’s eldest daughter, 13-year-old Violet, was seemingly missing from the after-school family outing!

The beloved actor seems to be loving life as he recently celebrated one year of being sober. A source close to Ben dished that not only is he thriving, but he’s made incredible progress in his journey to sobriety.

“Ben is in a great place in his recovery and life,” an insider close to the Good Will Hunting actor told Us Weekly. “He continues to want to be the best father and friend he can be.”

Ben is such an amazing dad to his three kids!
